Distinguished	All of the above, and... Continuously searches for staff with outstanding potential as educators and provides the best placement of both new and existing staff to fully benefit from their strengths in meeting the needs of a diverse student population. Ensures that professional development is available for staff members with potential to serve as mentors and coaches.
